The Arsenal's 200th Brithday Bash and the 10th anniversary of its Historic Spirited Dining

Start off your New Year with that special someone with one of our succulent appetizers, delicious entrees, and a tasty dessert complimented by a champagne toast. Meal choices will include: Pan-Seared Halibut, Pan roasted veal, braised beef, and filet mignon.



The full menu for New Years Eve 2010:

Butternut Squash & Apple Bisque
Appetizers:
Grilled Polenta with carmelized mushrooms, white truffle cream and goat cheese
Fig and proscuitto salad
Deep fried beignets with shrimp creole
Entrees:
Braised Beef shortribs with roasted roof vegetables, white truffle yukon gold mashed potatoes and apple cider
Demi Glace
Peppercorn seared filet mignon with sauteed lobster, pancetta and basil ricotta cnocci in a lobster champange sauce
Pan-Seared halibut with a gazpacho salsa and grilled asparagus
Deconstructed paella with mussels, clams, shrimp, and chorizo seared chicken accompanied by a saffron risotta cake in a light tomato sauce
Pan Roasted veal tenderloin with country ham ravioli, shitaki mushrooms, roasted brussel sprouts in a pan au jous
Desserts:
Chocoalte Banana Tarte
Butterscotch CrÈme Brulee
Feature Dessert
